Hawksbury FZ LLE is fully licenced within the UAE. The business is focused on investor and corporate communications and operates as a team of highly experienced design and strategic professionals based in the Gulf and UK markets. The investor communications experience of the Directors is unmatched in the GCC, with Hawksbury's leadership team having built and led the financial reporting markets in the Middle East over the last decade as Managing Directors of their previous firms.
Hawksbury works across design, digital and video channels to help companies to creatively articulate their corporate narrative. Services include reports, brochures, presentations, infographics, websites, videos and animations delivered in English and Arabic. Clients are largely Gulf based and from diverse sectors such as real estate, entertainment, travel, industrial, construction, oil & gas and financial services.
Our core expertise is the design and production of annual reports and the team have produced over one hundred reports for many of the leading listed companies in the Middle East in the past ten years.

Team
Hawksbury was founded by Barry Dunne - he has 25 years’ experience working in investor relations and corporate communications in the UK and the Middle East. Barry started his career at the London Stock Exchange and has worked at Thomson Financial, Investis, and Radley Yeldar.
He came to Dubai in 2011 to set up MerchantCantos, part of the Brunswick Group and led the business in the Gulf for 7 years before starting Hawksbury in 2018. He is a member of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) and has worked on the judging panel of the Annual Report Awards for the past 4 years.

Barry
Dunne
Barry is the Founder and Managing Director of Hawksbury. He has over 25 years' experience in corporate and investor communications and has been based in the UAE for the past ten years. Previously he was Lead Director at the design agency MerchantCantos, part of the Brunswick Group.
He started his career at the London Stock Exchange and has worked at Thomson Financial, Investis and Radley Yeldar. Barry has extensive experience working across design, digital and video channels.
In the UK, Barry worked with clients such as Marks & Spencer, ITV, Hammerson and SAGE, in the GCC he has worked with clients such as Aldar, TAQA, Dana Gas, and Seera Group,
Barry has an Economics & Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin.
He is a member of the Middle East Investor Relations Association and is also on the judging panel of MEIRA's
Annual Report Awards.
Neil Reynolds
Neil has a background in investment banking, both in the UK and internationally, which includes Commercial Lending, Private Banking and Corporate Finance and which led him in the 1990's to work as a Regulator in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listings division.
After spending 20 years in the Financial Services industry, he set up the Middle East operations of a London headquartered design agency in 2015, from where he joined Hawksbury in order to be able to specialise in Financial Reporting and Investor Relations communications.
Neil has a law degree, an MBA from Edinburgh University and in-depth experience of the equity markets. In addition to working with many of the GCC's leading corporates and Government institutions, he specifically uses his capital markets background to advise newly listed or pre-IPO clients on how to maximise the impact of their communications during and after flotation.
He is a member of the Middle East Investor Relations Association and is also on the judging panel of MEIRA's
Annual Report Awards.
